In my practice i enjoy using a firm-swedish style massage, along with trigger point release, reiki, tuning forks, and aromatherapy. Each massage being custom to what you need in this moment. I also have always had a deep passion for skincare and helping people naturally balance their skin. Through insight on root causes, natural remedies, and non-toxic, organic plant-active skincare products, my clients find relief, clarity, and love for their skin.
